Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Flower Computer Company (“Flower,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with its current public services:

This policy does not make historical products or features described in older posts part of the current services.

2. Information We Handle

Information generated when you make a request

When you visit a website or use a public machine interface, hosting, network, and security systems may receive ordinary HTTP and log information. This information may include an IP address, request date and time, requested URL or endpoint, HTTP method and status, browser or user-agent information, and a referring page.

Information you submit voluntarily

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive the email address and related signup information you choose to submit. If you contact Flower by email, we receive your email address and the contents and metadata of that correspondence. Please do not send information that is not needed for your request.

Public machine interfaces

The public API, MCP, and WebMCP interfaces provide read-only access to public company information and published content. They do not require user authentication. A request from an agent or other automated client may create the same ordinary HTTP and log information as another web request.

3. How We Use Information

We may use the information described above to:

4. Service Providers and Disclosure

Flower relies on service providers for functions such as hosting, network delivery, security, newsletter delivery, and business communications. Those providers may process information for Flower in connection with those functions and under their own applicable terms and policies.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse or security issues, or protect rights, safety, and the public services. If Flower is involved in a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or transfer of assets, relevant information may be handled as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operation, security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Different information may have different retention periods. Operational logs may follow the schedules of the systems that generate them. Newsletter and correspondence information may be retained while needed to provide the requested communication, maintain appropriate records, or resolve an issue.

6. Security

Flower uses reasonable measures intended to protect information in light of the nature of the public services. No transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may choose not to submit newsletter or direct-contact information. You may unsubscribe from newsletter email by using the link in a newsletter message. You may contact us about a privacy question or request; we may need information sufficient to understand and respond to it, and applicable law may limit or require how we respond.

The public API, MCP, and WebMCP interfaces do not provide a user account or a write interface.

8. Children’s Privacy

The public services are not directed to children under 13, and Flower does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review the situation.

9. International Use

Flower operates from the United States. If you use the public services from another country, information may be processed in the United States or in other places where relevant service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the public services, practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the current version here and revise the effective or last-updated date as appropriate. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
